Shea Butter: Shea is a fat obtained from the nut of the shea tree, which is mainly found in areas of central Africa. Some properties of shea butter are deep hydration, the natural presence of vitamins A, D, E, and F, and protection against external aggressions. This ingredient also has powerful anti-aging abilities due to its natural regenerative and reparative properties.

Argan Oil: This beauty oil contains vitamin E, omega 3, 6, and 9, antioxidants, beta-carotene, and phytosterols. It leaves the hair stronger and more flexible while restoring and rejuvenating it, leaving the strands soft and shiny.

A: The Original gently cleanses the hair and helps regulate the scalp, even when dry and irritated.

Q: Should I only shampoo my scalp?
A: The Original is deeply cleansing on the scalp but softening and nourishing for hair. Feel free to lather up!

Q: What does Olive Oil do for my hair?
A: Olive oil is known for its moisturizing and toning properties, and is excellent to help you recover your natural moisture as well as providing shine, nourishing the scalp, promoting hair growth, preventing hair loss, and so much more!

Q: Do I apply the Beach spray on damp or dry hair?
A: It can be applied both ways, but on dry hair, it works as a volumizer and provides intense definition.

Q: Is the Butter intended for tightly textured hair?
A: Yes! This enriched hair butter is meant to enhance all curl patterns and types while providing intense hydration and moisture to nonporous and tightly textured hair.

Q: Is the Butter safe to use on the scalp?
A: We do not recommend smearing the butter into the scalp as it can be heavy and weigh down hair or suffocate the scalp.

How To Use 

Apply the Original Cleansing Balm evenly on wet hair and scalp and work in, massaging gently. Leave on for 1-3 minutes and rinse with warm water. Apply butter based on curl type using the instructions below. Finish by spraying Beach spray into the hair.

To apply the Vitamin Recharge Butter:

For use in 2a-3a type hair- Begin by applying from midsections to ends and leave in 15 minutes. Then wash out with shampoo and conditioner in the shower.

For use in 3b-4c type hair- Apply Butter through mid-lengths of hair in small sections to ensure the product is evenly distributed in a raking motion away from the scalp for added volume. Then, for added definition use a Denman or similar style brush to ensure the product is gently coating each strand. Finish by airdrying or diffusing as desired.

As an added bonus, this product can double as an intensive hydrating treatment. To start, simply apply to hair from midsections to ends, leave on anywhere from 15 min to overnight. Follow with shampoo and conditioner in the shower. To finish, use the Vitamin Recharge Beach to reactivate curls, if necessary.
